Lyme Disease – I came for prayer to the Healing Rooms of Purcellville (December) for Lyme Disease. I had been tested 2 times for Lyme and was found positive. I received the results of a Lyme test from a couple days ago. Two times the test showed negative for Lyme. I took no antibiotics, but I did feel led to take a new detox program that the Lord led me to. The doctors were quite surprised…

Healing Rooms of Santa Maria

Knees – Dana had a fall in front of a restaurant, February 5th and did the splits. As she was getting prayer, her left knee snapped and popped back into place. The hip and back nerves are completely healed!  Feb 8, 2011

Heart – I have had 2 heart surgeries.  The doctor said one of the valve replacements was going to have to be replaced by another surgery.  But, no surgeon would take me on, and I was told if I did have it, I would probably die on the table or have a stroke.  Well, I ran to Jesus at the Healing Rooms for weekly prayer.  The new tests results show I do NOT need surgery.  My valves are working properly.  Thanks be to Jesus my healer!

Fertility – Today, I received an email from a lady who came three years ago for ministry not having been able to fall pregnant. Her son is now two years old! She also had prayer for serious trouble with her teeth. She has not had any trouble since. Yeah God!

We are in an hour where everything is being shaken.  World economies are faltering.  Gas and food prices are at  an all time high.  Whole populations are rebelling against their governments.  There is no confidence that things will get better any time soon.  The prophets are prophesying all kinds of things.  We hear words of judgment, earthquakes, food  and water shortages, and prosperity coming to God’s people.

We seem to hear about all the things that shake our confidence and produce fear and anxiety.  The big question needs to be; what am I supposed to do?  If we don’t know what our position in God needs to be, we will walk in fear and anxiety.  The will of the enemy is to cause fear and anxiety in God’s people in this hour.  Faith releases us, fear binds us up.

Let me tell you, God is not worried about the problems on the earth.  He is not looking for the answer. He is the answer.  God is our source and our refuge.  In Him we have peace.

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you; not as the world gives, do I give you.  Let not your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful.   John 14:27

Jesus says that He gives us His peace, a peace that surpasses all understanding.  He tells us we cannot rely on the world’s peace.  With His peace, our heart will not be troubled, nor will it be fearful.  If God is not anxious about the world, then why should we be?

Philippians 4:6 tells us how to guard our hearts and minds so that we walk in peace.

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and  supplication with thanksgiving let your request be made known to God.

4:7:
And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

It is by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, that we make our request known to God, and the peace of God will guard, not only our hearts, but also our minds.  The word supplication means to bind.  In other words to bind on earth so that it will be bound in heaven.  (Matt. 16:19)  In verse 7, when it says that the peace of God which surpasses all comprehension will guard our hearts and minds; the word peace means the prosperity of God.  This is referring to the provision of His kingdom providing peace because God is our provider.

God is our provider at all times.  We only have fear when the world is our provider rather than God.  God will provide for our families and our healing rooms.  When we walk in fear and anxiety, we are fulfilling the will of the enemy.  When we make our request known to God with thanksgiving, then He will become a rewarder of those who ask.  God gave us His will for one reason, so that we could have the provision it provides.

In this changing world I believe God is saying to be vigilant in hearing Him and trusting in His end time plan.  He’s got it all figured out.  We can trust Him!  Isaiah 43:18-19 says, Behold, I am doing a new thing!  Now it springs forth; do you not perceive and know it and will you not give heed to it?  I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.  And Isaiah 44:8 says, Fear not, nor be afraid (in the coming violent upheavals); have I not told it to you from of old and declared it?  And you are My witnesses!  Is there a God besides me? There is no (other) Rock. I know not any.  Amplified Bible

With that in mind, here’s an encouraging quote from Chapter 11 of Johnny Enlow’s book, The Seven Mountain Mantle:

“I was awakened at 3:43 a.m. in December 2008, and the Lord instructed me to go look at Psalm 34:3: Oh, magnify the Lord with me, And let us exalt His name together.  The Lord began to speak to me;

My people are magnifying their fears, their doubts, their concerns, their anxieties.  I am very large for them at this time, and I need you to tell them to magnify Me so that they will see Me the size that I actually am.  For those who get a vision of my true size, I will cause these next seven years to be seven years of plenty.”  On page 67 he goes on to say, “It is imperative for rising Josephs to see that they are called not to seek riches but to meet needs in uncommon, unique, brilliant, God inspired ways.  When they do, a financial bonanza will frequently accompany the solution and become an additional blessing.”

In this “third day” hour God is positioning and preparing us to be the solution to what is ahead.  Isn’t it true that when we are faced with adversity, God stirs us out of complacency to a place of falling on our faces? Are we not more ready to trade in our weak and failing “plans and agendas” for His master plan that has been in place since the foundations of the world? Take courage and get ready to be a part of the great outpouring of God’s Glory, solutions and provision to a world that is crying out for answers!

Greetings from Spokane!

Early in January this year the Lord spoke to me and said that I needed to get comfortable with being uncomfortable.  I took that to mean that things were going to change, but not necessarily to my liking.  I sensed this word was not for me alone but for the church at large.  Then while in a conference at the end of January, the Lord spoke again and said to me, ”You are in the most dangerous season that you have ever been in, but you can be safer than you have ever been.”  Again I felt that this was not for me alone.

Several weeks later the Lord woke me up every hour on the hour speaking to me, impressing me with an urgency to speak about getting ready for the things that are coming.  I have been hesitant to share.  I told the Lord that I did not want to alarm people.  At that point He spoke very clearly to me, “I want them alarmed,  I want them aware, and I want them awake.”  He then became very adamant, “BUT I DO NOT WANT THEM TO BE AFRAID. “

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that our nation is in trouble, and that for the most part the church is in a state of slumber.  So I want to urge everyone to pray for the church that she will arise and that the world will finally see the church that Jesus died for in Matt 16:18.

Pray for the nation that we may turn her back to God and that America will be able to fulfill the destiny that I believe the Lord has for her.  Also we need to be praying for Israel and the peace of Jerusalem, Ps.122:6, and our nation’s relationship with her, that we will not pressure Israel to do anything that is not God’s will.

Steven and Helen Anderson, our Healing Rooms IAHR National Directors for Scotland, were also appointed to be our IAHR Acting National Advisors for Northern Ireland  and the Republic of Ireland around last September.  Here is an account of what’s been happening since:

Helen and I undertook our first trip to Ireland as acting National Directors in February this year. We received a great welcome and many doors were opened to us to equip the believers and to minister at Healing Services in both the north and south of the country. This beautiful land has a rich heritage of healing and miracles from the days of the Celtic monks, like St. Patrick. There is just one Healing Room open at the moment in the Belfast area, but we conducted training in Kilkenny in the south and they plan to open very soon. Several other people expressed interest in opening rooms and we have invitations to return in June to conduct training courses.

One Sunday morning we took part in a Healing Service in a new church plant in a very deprived area of Dublin. One lady came in a wheelchair, paralysed down her left side and unable to move her left arm or leg. As we prayed she moved her left hand but that was all. However we heard that the next morning she was out of the wheelchair and walking the length of her garden!

In Scotland we continue to see the Lord moving in wonderful ways with many being healed physically and emotionally, and good numbers coming to faith. One of our Glasgow rooms recently received the following testimonies: a lady diagnosed with bowel cancer and given about 12-18 months to live was given the all-clear after she received prayer; a woman who had suffered from continual bleeding for years experienced instant healing; and a young man who was seriously mentally disturbed and suicidal has been restored to sound mental health.

The Healing Rooms here in Hawaii have come full circle.  God is so moving and we are hearing great reports of how lives have been changed through the trainings, Healing Rooms visits, and through our annual conferences with Cal and Michelle.  Last year during the Conference there was a lady who spent 3 days crying.  When the conference was over she said, “We have to START a Healing Room on our side of the Island.”  We now have a new Healing Room on the Kaneohe side of the Island in Oahu.

This year we have folks coming from the nations.  Folks are coming from Canada and some will be coming from the Island of Palau.  Hawaii has a real history of people coming and going.  Most stay on average one to three years. It is just not an easy place to live. Over the last few weeks John and I have had more and more people say, “Thank you for coming.   Thank you for leaving your land and your family for us. Our lives have been changed.”  This is the fruit of our labors and it brings us much JOY.  Another thing that has really blessed us is that we have heard this comment from the Christians who come to see us from the mainland:  “We know that when we travel, if we can find a Healing Room, we can find the anointing and we can learn what is going on in a region.”  This is a powerful statement.

Healings

The other day at the Healing Rooms we had a guest from Washington.  The lady’s finger was stuck frozen in one position.  After prayers she was able to make a fist with her hand.

A lady came in with a limp and her hips were out of alignment and her arms had carpal tunnel.  Her leg lengthened and the hip lined up.  She left the Healing Rooms, praising God, without a limp!  She also said she had no pain in her wrist.

The youth are coming!

A family come for training; a dad, mom and daughter. The young daughter was so excited she started praying for folks everywhere and started to see miracles. She brought a few of her friends to the Healing Rooms, one young man, still in High School, and his brother.   Both young men were touched and filled with the Holy Spirit the same day. They then went to their church the next day on fire. They are now touching the High School and the church put the miracles in their Sunday Bulletin.

Eph 1:4 tells us that God chose you and predestined you before the foundations of the earth. He chose you and called you forth at this very moment in time to fulfill your destiny and be history makers. That’s right; from the beginning, God has had a plan for us as His sons and daughters.

It began in Genesis when God said, “Let’s create man in Our image.” First He created Adam, and then the Lord said  that it was not good for man to be alone. Therefore it implies Adam was not in a superior condition without Eve. In Gen 2:18, the word “helper” meant “companion”, and it indicates a partnership and an intimacy. The Hebrew word used regarding Eve was ezer (עזר), which is the same word used to describe God as a divine help to us. Eve was created from Adam’s side. Both make the complete image of God. She was taken from his side because it was God’s plan that we co-labor, side by side as equals. She was not created to serve Adam; she was created to co-labor with him over creation.

God’s plan for us was and still is, Gen 1:27-28. It was God’s intent that men and women were to subdue and take dominion over the earth. Subdue is to overcome and conquer.  Dominion is to prevail against, rule and reign over.  We were commissioned together. But from the beginning the enemy has fought to keep women from their rightful place because he knows God reveals Himself through us as a whole. Exponentially, we have more power together than we do on our own. This is why we must settle the issue of women’s role in the church and ministry before we can come into the fullness of what the Church is to be.

Throughout history women have been oppressed. This is also true within the church even though Jesus affirmed women. I have traveled all over the world through this ministry, and have seen firsthand that in many places it’s still uncommon for women to minister or lead in the church.

The enemy has always wanted to keep us from becoming one. He approached Eve first because it’s the woman that brings forth fruitfulness; women bring forth life in the natural and the spiritual realm. We also have a sensitivity to the heart of God and see things that often times men don’t notice; that’s our gifting. Men, you need us…. you aren’t supposed to be like us, and we don’t need to be like you, but we are what’s missing in much of the body of Christ. Due to the fall, both women and men were cursed. As a punishment and consequence of disobedience, women would have their husbands rule over them. Now, consider the judgment put on Adam. In Gen 3:23, it was a curse of poverty. Do we interpret this to mean all men should be in poverty?  Of course not.  At Calvary, both men and women were redeemed from the curse and therefore the curse of poverty is broken and women do not need to be ruled over. Jesus’ example was to set us free, not rule over us.

In Eph 6, Paul tells slaves to submit to their masters because civil law expected slaves and women to obey, yet we don’t promote slavery. 1 Tim 2:11-12 talks about letting a woman learn in quietness and not to allow women to teach. Women were considered “property”. They were not allowed to learn, and they had no rights. We need to consider the culture and traditions in biblical times to have a full understanding of what this speaks of.

First, Paul was calling for women to embrace the discipline of learning the Word of God, to listen and learn to be followers of Christ. Christianity brought liberation because he was saying women could learn. Second, Paul had to bring discipline to some of the individual young churches like Ephesus and Corinth.  In 1 Cor. 11, Paul is speaking to the church. Keep in mind there were men of different views about women.  Romans, Greeks, Jews, and Asians all caught up in their own traditions and predispositions against women. We don’t even know the questions they were fighting about, and we are hearing only one side of the conversation. What we do know is that after addressing all their views he gives God’s view in 1 Cor 11:11-12;  “In the Lord, a woman is not independent of man nor is man independent of woman. Woman was made from man, even so man is also born of woman. Ultimately all things originate from God.”

Paul also taught in Gal 3:28, “there is neither male nor female, bond or free in Christ”. He actually had women as part of his team. Rom 16:1-7,  Paul talks of women like Phoebe, Priscilla and Junia. In Acts 18:26, Pricilla and her husband, Aquila, taught Apollos about the baptism of the Holy Spirit. His ministry was strengthened because of instruction given by Pricilla.  In Judges, the word says it was God that raised up Judges over Israel. It was God who appointed and anointed the Judges over Israel, and Deborah was the 5^th judge. She brought an entire nation into a time of peace.

Throughout scripture godly  women overcame hardships, were courageous, full of faith, and challenged injustice. God has always used both men and women to change history and advance the church.

In this hour, God is raising up strong women in the church that know who they are in Christ and the authority He has given them.  They have the character of Christ and are a blessing to the Body of Christ. The church must reveal all of God’s diversity, creativity and heart. We must love and appreciate each other to support the full work of the Kingdom. Remember, it is God who validates and anoints, whether male or female.

Bob Jones came this week with a word. He said that “this is the year of the woman”. That it is time for the spirit of timidity to be off of God’s women so they can arise to come along side the men and co-labor together for the Kingdom. This includes women stepping into the 5 fold ministry of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers.

I say amen because the Lord is restoring to the church the 5 fold ministry, the freedom of the Holy Spirit, the releasing of Kingdom finances and women being released into their proper place alongside the men. God wants to reconcile men and women to His original design and plan. We are to display the strength, anointing and authority that God intended with signs wonders and miracles, being demonstrated through us as His kingdom people, expressing His image here in the earth.

I am just an ordinary person who just underwent cancer treatment and want to tell you what I have learned in the hopes that it will help you or someone you know.

Healings can happen through conventional medicine, alternative medicine, and prayer. All healing is good!

You need to know that miraculous healings did not only happen when Jesus was alive. There have been thousands of modern miracles that have happened in the world today. People have been healed from cancer, deafness, blindness, scoliosis, and countless other diseases and sources of pain.

God does not cause sickness or disease. God can, however, cure sickness and disease!

In the Lighthouse Prayer Healing Room near Lakeway in Austin, TX, I was healed instantly from a tilted pelvis that made one leg shorter than the other and threw out my back and shoulders. It caused me decades of pain. I felt the shift of the hip during the prayer and my legs were then the same length. I did not even say anything at the time, because I had to go home and inspect it for myself. I used to have all of my pants hemmed with one leg shorter than the other, and the tilt of the hip bones in the pelvis was obvious when I looked in the mirror getting dressed.

I have also had eye problems since birth, severe ones, and one eye is blind. It also would not ‘track’ the other eye and the pupil hung down low in the eye, giving me a crazy look. The eye healed to the point where it now tracks the other eye and is in the normal position. I can see more light now instead of just darkness. I have not had any signs of asthma since then either.

I think the healing prayer rooms are more effective for healing because these people have seen first hand miraculous healings and believe in them. They know they can happen and expect them to happen.

Prayer to heal the heart from Healing Rooms of Washington D.C. -

We had a gentleman come in to the Healing Rooms for prayer for his family. He was having shortness of breath, chest pains and his heart was pounding hard inside of his chest when he came in. We prayed and at first his heart beat harder and faster. The thought of calling 911 crossed my mind. This man needed to be healed now or he was going to the ER. We took authority in Jesus’ name and his heart slowed to a normal rhythm, as both sides of his heart came into sync with each other. And He could breathe without any pain. His appearance was a lot better when he left. God showed up in a big way. Thank you, Lord!!!!  RF

Cal and I had the privilege of doing a conference in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.  We saw many healed and set free.  The Lord is really moving in Canada as Healing Rooms are being birthed.

When Carolyn and Doug Cooke and Lynda Fraser attended Healing Rooms training in Spokane in September of 2007, they had no idea what God was about to do.  As they were leaving, the intercessor looked at them and said, “You three are camels, taking back resources to your city.”  They took that word and went back home asking God if He wanted them to open a Healing Room.

The Lord directed them to start training a team of volunteers and they rented space and opened January 2, 2008.  After two years at the first location, they bought a building of their own and took possession on February 19, 2010.  The address of the new location was 212 Camelot Street.  There was discussion and prayer as to the significance of the street name until someone said, “Well, you know the word camel is in Camelot.”  The revelation was so obvious, yet hidden at first, that when they saw the connection they almost fell off their chairs.  They were right where they were suppose to be; camel lot…on the lot of the camels.  Needless to say, if you visit Thunder Bay Living Well Healing Rooms you will see that camels are a common theme in the decor.

While there Cal and I discovered that Thunder Bay has the largest population of Finnish people outside of Finland.  We were going to Finland the next month and it was very helpful to speak to so many from that country just before we were to go.  The insights we gained were very helpful.

Everywhere Cal and I go we get to meet such wonderful people doing the work, setting the captives free and healing the sick.  I can’t thank them enough for all they do.  Isn’t God GOOD?!

2010 has passed and now we have 2011 staring us in the face, a whole new year of potential to see and expect even greater things from God.  We make all kinds of New Year’s resolutions every January that most often come to nothing.   If I am hearing correctly, God is not looking for resolutions but that we would rise up in Him to a greater degree; so that He can be the solution, through us, to a lost and dying world. In order to accomplish this I believe it is going to take a shift in our thinking, the way we process our thoughts, and how we approach Him in prayer and intercession.

Here at the Spokane Healing Rooms we had the week before Christmas off, before we left someone took something out of the refrigerator and threw it in the trash and the trash did not get emptied before we left. When we returned a week later, there was a very unpleasant smell that actually permeated the entire building.

While I was praying in the prayer room I became aware of that odor. The Lord began to speak to me and said that like that odor, the revelations that had carried me up to and through 2010 were now spoiled like yesterday’s manna and would not be sufficient for the year 2011.  I would now need a higher revelation of His purpose, not only for my life and ministry but also for what He was getting ready to do on the earth. I would be required to think outside of the box and walk in out-of-the-box faith so not to limit Him with my inadequate mind sets.  He also reminded me that nothing was impossible with Him as long as I stopped believing my issues and the world’s issues were too hard for Him.

This is a year to think large, pray large and believe large, I only know one way to do this and that is to spend more time with Him, just listening for His voice. We hear when we listen, not just in prayer, but throughout the day when we keep our minds and thoughts fixed on Him. This is going to be a year in which God will truly do awesome things for those that are willing to step out of their comfort ‘box’ and trust Him.

I want to encourage you to pray for the following:

• New mindsets and/or a removal of all mindsets so that we may hear His voice more clearly without the filter of worldly thinking to distort what He is saying. Romans 12:2
• Fresh manna or revelation of His desire.  Deuteronomy 8:3
• Direction for the Healing Rooms in 2011. Psalm 119:133, Proverbs 3:6
• To step out of our comfort zone and embrace the ways of the Lord. Isaiah  55:8-9
